Shipping & Delivery

We use FedEx, DHL and SF Express for shipments. Your goods will be delivered within 1-2 weeks after your order is confirmed. Please contact us at aurea@aurea-co.com if you have any questions.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Our couriers can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.

Shipping Fees

Hong Kong: HK$30 (free for orders over $1000 with code ‘HKSHIP’)

International: HK$200 (free for orders over $2000 with code ‘WORLDSHIP’)

Customs & taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. You will be responsible for these charges once the order has been shipped.
